If you submit salary data, register interest, or join a report waitlist, we collect what you enter in those forms (for example role, location, pay, and — only if you choose to provide them — an email or proof link). Individual salary submissions are never published; public figures appear only as de-identified aggregates above a sample-size threshold.
• Automatically collected data. Like most websites, our hosting provider and any analytics or advertising services we use may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and pages visited.

How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its data.
• To review and, where appropriate, aggregate submitted compensation data.
• To respond to inquiries and corrections you send us.
• To understand traffic and usage in aggregate, and (if enabled) to display advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.
